This is so true. I keep attempting to make friends, find my place and be kind to others. All I seem to dig up is disappointment. Those who almost never return what was given. When all I have asked for is friendship this creates a lonlines that others do not understand.-AKC
I have always been a loner, Brain Myopic. It’s a badge some of us used to wear with shame, but I have learned to take some pride in it. It isn’t that we like being alone, but sometimes; it just seems like that’s what is best for everyone in our shoes. To be alone is to breathe salty air… …but I’ve learned to understand and like my own company. I don’t need to be amused.
