Yesterday you asked me what
I wanted for my birthday. Didn’t
really know how to respond because,
well look at you. The day we met, I woke
up from my perpetual never ending dream
of a routine. Today I realized that there is
just one thing I desperately need. It’s for
you to forever be the first vessel I see
when I wake. You taught me how to
breathe, and never gave up on we.
Great line: “The day we met, I woke up from my perpetual never ending dream of a routine.”

Reminds me of “Room with a view.” When you are part of a deep and caring relationship, everything else is secondary.

Sounds like you’d found that someone you can commit to for life, it’s good, being able to feel so intimate and safe with a certain someone, isn’t it…

Hi Eyes + Words. Now that I am certain no female I have ever known would think that thought! Truly nice for those who have had that sentiment expressed! Thank you for liking my poem “Traffic!” Peace and Best Wishes. The Foureyed Poet.

How romantic. Your deep love for her seems almost painful. I hope she feels the same about you. I interpreted this as something you are experiencing now.
