Survive

Written by Jacob Ibrag

They’ll pursue order,

and by doing so they’ll hunt

for you. You, who represents the

unfiltered truth. You, who are a child

of the broken and imperfect, the last

of what makes people human. Run

from the modified, survive and

become tomorrow’s light.

  1. “the last of what makes people human”… it seems very true – in chasing some kind of perfection we do possibly lose our humanity and become like robots and machines

  2. “we” do not run, do not survive nor exist. we proclaim the light in his behalf, “we” are the soldiers of the light and must fight for the cause and never give in to the whims of the world. “we” can overcome and be the beacons of his Light.

  3. but in the end, “they” will be the same as ever. “we” will lose, coz losing is the better way than winning. When “we” win we lose ourselves and become one of them. In losing “we” know we can achieve a better result than “them”, “we” can resolve any consequence than “them”. “we” are born to keep fighting so others can join the fray and be united in his Light, in his Behalf.
