‘I could’ve done better.’ You couldn’t have
though because you didn’t, and that’s alright.
If you think you’ll be better someday, you won’t
be. Be better now and now and now. Be better
now because later may never get here.
Interesting thought and image?

A wonderfully written truism. Whole lives have been lost to habit and complacency.

Reminds me about how ‘talking’ about a goal ironically stops us from reaching it. Subconscious self sabotage.

We often fall into the traps of tomorrow, thinking that we’ll just get to whatever it is tomorrow, without knowing, by thinking this way, we’re delaying our lives, we’re, procrastinating, wasting away what precious minutes we have left in our lives…

Yep, true. We sometimes lose ourselves in regret over things that were done in the past. What happened, happened. There’s no undoing it. But what you can change is what does happen. And what does happen can be changed by what is happening in the present, that you can control. 🙂

This was such an excellence piece on several levels. The title Someday also speaks volumes about procrastination, wishing and dreaming. Loved the ending. To be better requires action, yes?
