Lifeline

Remember the ones you care about and

especially the ones you lost track of. Reach out, let

them know that they aren’t alone and that you’re listening.

Be with them. Become their North star so that they could someday

be the same for another. Depression doesn’t see color, race or gender.

It’s insidious and wanting. Forget your comfort zone and what

it means to be ordinary. Become a lifeline, a beacon

for what it could mean to be human.
