Paint

Written by Jacob Ibrag

‘Can’t change my nature.

Who will be is who has been. A copy

onto every second in a matter of dependable

repetition.’ You are the words that paint your skin,

an architect of your own destruction.  Release

what couldn’t have been, it will never be.

Right now is all that lives and who

will be is ever changing.

  9. We are prone to believe, that we are, our own masters, but as i’d learned, everybody’s destinies had already been mapped out since the moment we were born, and all we can do, is adjust our attitudes as we face the difficulties that come towards us in our lives…

  15. Wow that is very deep and something that I can see into where you are coming from. Yes, I also feel like I am changing all the time, and I never know how to describe myself. Thank you for putting your poetry out there, if you’d like give my poetry a look and tell me what you think. As a new blogger, I am always looking for ways to improve my blog or poetry.
