Melt into madness. Disappear. As a kid,

I’d let it all get to me. The fear of rejection, the

bottomless mystery. What if I’d never understand?

Would I ever taste inner peace? It used to get to me.

The judgement I’d pass onto myself. The paranoid

dreams. And then one day, I stopped listening.

Melting into madness. Disappearing.

    I’m having a hard time reading your posts lately. When I go on your page (as opposed to reading directly from the email – when it’s only a few words) the advertisement videos begin. I can’t turn them off. The page gets stuck on the video and I can’t finish reading your poetry as it won’t allow me to scroll up. I don’t know if others are having this issue but I wanted to let you know that it is happening.

      Thanks for letting me know, I’m also having that issue. I think WordPress advertisementing is broken and something they have to fix on their end. I’ll definitely be reporting it.

    I love the idea of melting into the madness and disappearing within. A certain seeming insanity is required to be able to truly live with yourself from within, as you have to face the fear of disappearing from other’s realm. I hope I didn’t stray away from the intention of your beautiful poem …this is what I read into it.

    Sometimes, it’s just, hard, to TUNE everybody ELSE out, because we are social, and we feel the need, to connect to each other, and thus, we’d, allowed how everybody felt about us, get to us too much…
