Undefined

Written by Jacob Ibrag

It’s a race, or least that’s how most
perceive it in the beginning. You can see
the peak and, it’s so tall. You can just imagine
the view, how beautiful it must be to watch
from such a height. Unknown heights. It’s
a treasure and people want to collect it.

So, most run and put everything into each
step. Fixated, they can only see the prize. This undefined
variable. The undefined that gives them breath and patience.
And so, at long last some reach the peak, and they sit. They
close their eyes and sink in the moment of clarity.

It hits them, this view isn’t exactly what
they had imagined. It’s not bad or good, simply
different. Some look behind and remember what
they left at the bottom. Time, half a lifetime at least.
Love, the kind that couldn’t keep up. Ignorance,
egg shells painted along a straight line.

  1. Very deep meanings as usual. Some yes but not fully understood. Thanks for sharing your views πŸ™‚
