Exposed

The sky shattered rendering electrically

powered mediums useless. One by one, people

started taking off their masks. The virtual world

was the real world, up until now. Eyes exposed to

the suns natural light for the first time. Identity

crisis, who was the person in the mirror? Avatars

forever abandoned in the pixelated universe. The

plug was pulled, didn’t matter by who. ‘Yesterday,

our souls were imprisoned by the machines. Today,

we will reclaim everything.’ Paradigm devolution.
