Pear tree. She looks at his garden as he

peers through the curtains. Next door, neighbor.

Growing up, strangers. Wanting more than a white

picket fence relationship. Waiting, for each other.

Wishing, for the other to give up comfort.

  4. Sometimes, we’re just, too comfortable where we are, to not be able to make a change to our lives (like taking a chance?), when there’s a high possibility, of that chance making our lives a lot better than it currently is…

    This is a fantastic line that speaks volumes about the world we currently live in. I would say that it almost acts as a metaphor for the smartphone generation. Why is it so hard to connect these days?
