There’s a moment, and a situation.
There’s a moment when you accept a situation.
There it is, the supposed end to a standoff. It’s exhausting or at least that’s what you think it’s supposed to feel like. And then, it doesn’t. You question your reaction, or lack there of. The strange indifference. And you don’t feel, guilty. You step back to separate and look around.
Nothing’s changed. Everything copacetic, and the people all the same.

In the 60s there was a song about houses in suburbs “And they’re all made out of ticky-tacky – and they all look just the same.” Have you ever heard it? You would relate!
