My Dear

Written by Jacob Ibrag

When we’re young, pain seems

elusive. It all feels too easy, and

breaking into a million pieces isn’t

a possibility. Then you meet that

one soul that awakens your own.

You involuntarily forget how to

breathe, unless they’re within

yours eyes reach. And you feel

weak, slave to loves chains. ‘I’m

not ready for this,’ you whisper.

My dear, no one ever really is.
