Written by Jacob Ibrag
He asked her how she knew
that he was her one. She panned
her head towards him and dropped
the book she was skimming. Slowly
moving in between him and his bed
sheet. Like a missing piece to a puzzle,
she reconnects her hand to his cheek.
Infecting him with a soft kiss, she
moves closer to his ear, ‘music
started to make sense me.’

This is beautiful – and it makes me miss Waco even more today. And I was already thinking about her too much…thank you.

I know this is an old post but I had to comment. You’ve really improved over the last year Jacob. This piece doesn’t move me, even when it should as it’s not bad at all just a few places where it doesn’t sit well. You can make sense of that by yourself of course when you go through it again. Looking forward to more of your inspirational work. 🙂

i just feel that i don’t have enough experience of life that i would be able to express.but then i see people writing so beautifully even about the mundane things.it makes me realize this is actually a gift.you can’t possibly grow into it.but i’ll keep trying for my sake.
