Written by Jacob Ibrag
There was a moment when our
minds collided. With a moment of silence,
we shared everything inside us. Then it all
fell apart. Gave you my hand and you slapped
it off. Nothing stays together for more than
a few seconds. Real till it’s fake, but oh was
it great and I saw what we could be. It was
the after. You got scared, and tried to explain
it, ‘four little letters will destroy whatever
this is.’ So I let her go, can’t fix what
wants to stay broken.
This is powerful. I lov…no, wait, I enjoyed it.
