Tide

Written by Jacob Ibrag

Can you feel the

shifting tide vibrate between

your toes? It’s very particular and

can make any human feel uncomfortably

irregular. I don’t blame you if you don’t. We

were bred to ignore the inexplicable. Eventually

the tide will sever your inhibition, forcing

you to accept the journey or whither

away in ignorance.

Not sure if it’s meant to be so, but I felt a sexual undertone to this? I loved it so much 😀

Until we’d all encountered something that shocked us and shattered our former belief systems, we will NEVER change our ways…

Actually, I do. And your poem has made me feel…. normal – as if Life has validated me. Thank you so much
