Wrong

Written by Jacob Ibrag

She’s the only person I’ve met that is

the same outside as she is from within. Cursed

with the vision of seeing what’s hidden, I’ve grown used

the presence of deceivers and artificial appearance. I first saw it

in the mirror when I turned nineteen, ugly with no understanding

of integrity. For a time I thought it was impossible to sync, the

words that would escape my mouth and my inaction’s.

And I still did till nineteen days ago. She walked

into my life and proved me wrong.

  2. Don’t you just love it when this happens?! Thankfully, being open to the possibilities of learning something m-o-r-e about ourselves, others, and touching in the experience remains our best hope!!!
