Bottomless pit. I want to say that this makes
sense, that this makes sense. White dress in the middle
of a garden. I said yes. I said, yes. Lone weed in a forest. Roots
traveling in every direction. They’ll come in the morning.
Applause for consent. A pause for consequence.

I really love this style of poetry. It’s short but there’s still something resounding about it. Something that makes you reread it again and think about it more. I love how every sentence is sort of curt. A great use of sound and punctuation. I’m really glad I stumbled across this blog, as I feel that reading the poetry of others will help me improve my own.

Indeed. I’m relatively new to WordPress and this is one of the best blogs I’ve come across.

I also write poetry but it’s very different from this. But every person has a different style. It’s really cool to see other people’s poetry though, and to like it. I think a lot of the classic or popular poetry that you get taught in school is mm… not bad or anything like that, but it doesn’t always resonate with you. It’s really great that the internet and blogging can be a way to share your poetry with others. Now hopefully someday we can pay our bills with it! xD

I must commend you for your way with words. It is something that one doesn’t come across every day. Thank you for writing.
