Trying to fight the past is a losing battle. What has happened, has. Live in the future by being present in the moment. Ask yourself what you want and figure out who you have to be to attain that goal. Then, be. The past has no control of what you decide to be, that would be its own losing battle 🙂
Easier said than done, as we often don’t really realize the effects from our awful childhoods until we’re all grown up, and done some damages of oru own…
But I let the fear in and struggling to control it now.
