Last night at an open mic poetry event, I was drugged. Basically thought I was dying and wrote this while being in the ER. My heart was an a constant 155 beats per minute, and I couldn’t feel any part of my body. I didn’t want to leave you all without letting you know how much I appreciated every second you ever took making me a part of your story. I have to get some more rest and hope that I can share more of this cautionary experience very soon.
