Lovers on a Train

Two lovers on a train holding hands at

night. Married to the present and providing each

others light. We don’t understand it and how could we?

Jaded observers far removed from what used to be.

And when they go, the light will travel. Two

lovers on a train and everyone else.

  2. Do you know what your words made me picture.. a rush, a million people walking fast in all directions. And in the middle of it all, a light; a blinding glow of two people holing hands, like the peaceful center of a tornado. You express quite a lot with your poetry, quite a lot…
