Falling

Written by Jacob Ibrag

It’s totally not fair what you’ve done.

I was a free bird living under the sun, and

there you were. Broke out the cage and captured

my heart. Unexpected. I feel so rejected by the mere

injection of you into my existence. I’m suspended when

you touch me, regrettably I’m jumpy. Can’t handle what you

do, my hearts about to burst. Is this love? I hate everything

about it. Can’t breathe, why aren’t you always next to me?

Dependent on your random stares into my eyes. Mesmerized,

I’m falling. Falling. Fading. No more the individual. Last

identity unidentifiable. We’re one. She is I,

as I am Her and we are all forever.
