“Everything tells me that I am about to
make a wrong decision, but making mistakes
is just part of life. What does the world want
of me? Does it want me to take no risks, to go
back to where I came from because I didn’t
have the courage to say “yes” to life?”

upon seeing love on the porch
will refuse to open the door?

This is seriously so true. A problem I’ve had in my past is social anxiety in big groups, or meeting friends’ friends. I’ve tended to try to avoid these sorts of situations and only show up in situations I can control. Will try to step up to the plate and be seen more often. Say yes, and be more open-minded instead of trying to control everything. The more I say yes, the more comfortable and easy showing up will become over time I’d like to think.
