Written by Jacob Ibrag
He traced her shadow as she turned her eyes
towards the rising sun. Hearing the scratches of the
pencil upon his notebook, she turns back and smiles. ‘What
are you sketching?’ Hiding his work from her inquiring attention,
he asks her to hold still for a few more seconds, ‘I swear I’m almost
finished.’ Unable to deliver her patience, she peaks over his shoulder
and stares at his pending creation, ‘she’s perfect.’ Shifting away from
his picture, he looks back at her and whispers, ‘if I had to try to
draw the perfect girl, she wouldn’t even come close to you.
I wouldn’t know where I’d begin or how to capture
the soul married underneath your skin.’

This is amazing… 🙂
